Hard stuff but that was worth !! THAT WAS A GREAT MOVE FOR THE WHOLE MONTREAL DRUMN'BASS SCENE !! Community-wise = werd up !! The locals were really good ; Corey K., Sase One, Stabba and Mindset D-Joos and i on the welcoming job was fun....not a lot of peeps in thought.... KEMAL was so good,i was working at the coat check all along its set and i danced my ass off anyways,alot of room back there.....damn crazy balanced dj set !! And the guy's awesome ; martial arts- sufism-no drugs or alcool-just pure here and now.,.. That's why he's so tight !! Hope we'll have him here again sometimes,*crosses fingers* Thug bouncers= no comment.......this could lead way too far....bastards ! Thanks to everyone who made it and paid their ticket or entrance,Montreal's junglists reprezented !! Werd !!! Thanks to Purple Lee ,Spooky,Ze'ev,Clown,D-Joos,Ben,Nter,Host One,Valérie,Derek,Beckie and everyone else i forget who helped the party in any way... Again ultra props to Simon for staying strong in the pressure !! Bad-ass party !!! This is called devoting oneself for the community !! Chelsea,i'm no mack daddy .... Ben, come back home more often. I gotta lotta people to thank on this board! Spook, Alex, Clown, D-Joos (he's not here but whatever), Seb, Purple Lee, who helped set up the main. You made the party happen. Berrick and Decky doing the semi-excuse for a coat check. Titi (tipsy), and blake (Blackmarket who did the live in the chill room) with alex setting up the chill. D-joos/Axxionfigga/Blackmarket fronting the $$ for the chil sound syst. Godddam! That rocks! Props to everybody who came, (Tdot people bringing ruckus! woot Woot!) I don't know why people aren't talking about those ugly fuckfaces of security. I bought 2 24s for the DJs (DnB scene is definitly an older licks crew). And the fucking security drinks them all down in front of people. They kick out local mafia selling candy, for them to make s'more cash (of course they brought their own dealio). To get the story straight, you have to know that the smallest dude was my cousin, and I asked him to bring 3 people to do security. I paid to register his fucking cie, paid the t-shirts, and he tries to fucking mug me for the last $$$. I don't have anymore family... Ouuff, now that that's out of my life... Gotta thank Ben and Mike helping at the end too, I mean, I realy dig the vibe that went own even after that shit. I would have went into severe trauma if people wern't there to support at the end. PS. Thanks the Ben the belge leading the cleaning up crew! Ze'ev bringing the hardware down- you know you flex your shit right. Did you leave with Vero? Thugs and assholes made me loose track of who I Should have been tripping with... Hope y'all don't hate me for not talking to more poeple that night, plenty of ugly shit going through my mind, even though I was trying hard to concentrate on the good stuff. Kemal rocked the place out, and he wanted to let everybody know we gotta a good thing going. One of the reason why Kemal was a good persson to bring to Montreal, is that he is definilty not into the scene to party and get laid by the usual DJ Hoe. He didn't alk about the usual DnB music prod shit, with all the polotic crap around it. He came to rock the place out and meet the locals, and know what was going on in the city. Never met a DJ as considerate of other people as him (except for local talents!). ¸Anyways, you guys gotta unload your bag, lemme know what you gottta say!
