Yes and no. In fact dunno in this specific case but why not give it a try. Worst case scenario, the bailif wont be able to seize any goods but at l;east you'll have a paper stating that someone owe you $400 and he/she/it is a SOB. There're 3 people behind the Centre Rectal so my guess is one of them will wake up one day and have some common sense... Good luck. |
