mince shallots, ginger, and garlic ; stir them in ghee (clarified butter) or olive oil, until the mix gets golden.
cut some tofu in small dices, or moisten textured soy proteins in warm water at equal volume.
add some hot curry paste (vindaloo, tandoori, ...) in the pan, mix well, then add the tofu or tsp ; stir fry until tofu/tsp gets a little crisp and golden.

as a basis, this is already really tasty and nutritive.
here's a list of stuff you can add :
- soy or rice vermicellis
- basmati rice (as a side), with fresh coriander and/or basil leaves
- coconut milk (blends deliciously with the curry paste !! and mangoes too)
- mango slices (you can cook them a little too, if you wish, or add them at the very end just to heaten them)
- SHRIMPS !!! hmmm... i like :)
- ...

USE YOUR IMAGINAAAAAAAAAAATION !!!!!!! :)
I'm feeling phd powa !!! right now..

un restant de spaghetti sauce + red kidney beans + whatever you feel like + cheese
all rolled into a pita bread.

stir-fry vegetables and tofu (or meat) and add some spices, it can be different everytime!!

try this sauce: peanut-butter and soya sauce, and then you add some mayo to get a nice texture. it sounds weird like this but trust me it's amazing!

make a toast, spread some hummus, and zuchini and tomato slices, and melt some cheese on top.
I'm feeling smooth right now..

Try some ginger chicken.

In a pan put some pieces of chicken with grated ginger (you'll need to buy the actual root).
Lit the fire on medium and let it cooked for 5-10mins then add up some soy sauce.
Once the chicken has cooked long enough (raw chicken could be dangerous to your health, so cook it for 15-20mins) add some tofu and more soy sauce (not too much though).
Mix everything together with a wooden spoon.
You can serve it with some rice...
Or you can use shrimps instead of chicken it's delicious too. ^_^
I'm feeling pissed off right now..

Hey, Mike. Take 2-tomatos, a couple scallions... dice the tomatos into LITTLE cubes, chop the scallions, mix the shit up with some salt, and Kaplowee!... You've got yourself a refreshing Malagasy Salad (Rougaille).

Take buy yourself a bottle of Vodka, Salmon, Orange Juice, Dill, and some Salmon Steaks. Get a bowl that can fit the salmon the you'll be using, and fill it up with a stiff-ass screw driver. Wedge some dill into the salmon steaks, and the marinade the shit in the orange-vodkanish filled bowl for about 20-minutes. Heat up a frying pan (no oil needed) on High, drop the heat to Medium when you're ready to throw the fish on the pan.

First, do each side for about a minute to sear the meat, and once the heat drops, fry it tou your preference - I recomend it once both side are a golden orange and the first layer of meat is crispy.
Serve that with some steamed asparagus, and you'll -after finsihing the rest of the left over vodka- have any woman on their knees.

Enjoy.
I'm feeling cool right now..

What about trying to make different sauces for pastas? I know we get bored with the old spaghettis as it's been said, but you can actually make awesome meals with just a few ingredients. =)

My own personal favorites:

Roast some garlic in olive oil and add vegetable paste (not as acid as tomato paste and has a great taste), then just add some 15% cooking cream and let simmer for a little while. This one rocks. You can vary it by adding some green onions or different kinds of mushrooms.

You can also try to make some meat sauce with sausage meat instead of plain pork or beef. You can use either Italian or Toulouse and, if you like spicy food, you can even push it a little and use Merguez sausage meat. Then just add some crushed tomatoes, spices, some vegetables you like and you're all set.

Mixing béchamelle sauce with meat sauce is another option too. It makes it thick and rich. Very very good stuff. =)
I'm feeling mucho happy right now..
