I got off the pill about 8 months ago, after being on it for almost 8 years, and it's like a veil has lifted off my eyes/mind. A veil of what, I dunno, but I do know that I feel much better and have much more control over my emotions.

| Nah, it isn't a nuvaring. Those release hormones, which is exactly what I want to avoid. Most women have a type of IUD which releases progesterone, but there's a type which uses copper instead, which is what I have.
An IUD is a stérilet, btw. I always found the English term to be scary !
Anyway, it stays in for 3 years, costs less than pills and I don't have all the weird side effects of pills (I've been on 3 types of pills, all of them would leave me with various degrees of depression and constant light nausea. Not to mention the risks of embolism!). |

lucky! nah i didn't see the video, I was utterly avoiding the game until I found myself in a new city in the dephs of winter almost 1:30h and 10$ away from the downtown core. |
