Coolness: 509605	you guys seem to forget a record deal doesn't have to be binding or exclusive... READ THE CONTRACT before you sign it. And if there's no money coming from it, then don't sign it. I think the best advice is to use your brain.

Coolness: 55545	AlienZed - if a contract isn't binding, then it's not a contract...I think you misunderstand the term. I also think you misunderstand a lot of what we are talking about when you make comments like "And if there's no money coming from it, then don't sign it"......

Coolness: 153050	wich record label would sing a contract with an artist without binding him ... its illogical its like hey we give you 20 000$ but go release your songs with someone else! yeah..right...
