Coolness: 509695	ehehehehehe actually the best thing to do to get good sleep is to get off your lazy ass a couple hours before you want to sleep and get some exercise, there's NO better sleep than when your body actually needs it. Alcohol is the WORST thing to good to sleep with, you might fall asleep but you'll feel like shit because your body with have spent all it's energy processing the booze in your system. I did a project on 'sleep' in high school. I actually like warm milk,, with a lil' bit of honey in it. then masterbate. then go to sleep with a boring ass movie on
