| Coolness: 81675 | Everyone has different genetic metabolic rates but if we all disciplined ourselves to remain conscious of our own biological chemistries and not allow social influences to pursuade us into eating unhealthy foods we could maintain stable weights. Apparently that new Linklater movie 'Fast Food Nation' is really good but I just haven't gotten around to watching it yet. |

There is also the reverse view... America has been getting so fat.A girl with a perfect weight for her height is labeled skinny because the national weight average is overweight. |

 Coolness: 73070 | For me it honestly is a lot more about being healthy. I think that ones body sais alot about that person. Somebody who let's themselves get to either of the two above states obviously has an issue somewhere.
I really am a firm believer that our personalitys and our thaughts/ideas dictate what we look like. |

Like me for example - I am a very active person. I used to kickbox (not anymore - I moved too far from my school weep weep...) and I was burning fat and losing weight pretty fast...now I gained some weight back because I dont do that intense excersize - I go to the gym a lot - almost everyday and lost about 5 inches so far but no weight...muscle weighs more than fat. And from what I see Neoform u are more muscle than fat..so dont worry:) It all comes down to excersize. I eat very very well but if I didnt excersize I would be flab anyways. Health is much more important than looks. My trainer is 5'3 and 160 lbs but she is allll muscle...and had big boobs haha so that counts too...but she looks so damn good....its amazing. |

have u read some reaction here? some people are like: " well! she choose her life!= not my problem!" for me that sound like nazi. i think it's a ethique and morale question. originaly,anorexia nervosa, this mental illness, had always be known as a disease, consequence often to a controling parenting during childhood and a early bad relation with food.. i knew alot of cliniquement anorexique girls in my life and it's a terrible disease. i don't know if you have this expression in english but in french the doctor call often this girl: fille de fer. iron girl. i already seen girl making 100 laps in a pool and nothing in her stomach since a while. chemical in the brain are so strong it's can make u incredible destructive things! what's worrie me in a societale point of view is that more and more this disease is resulting from not just childwood. it seem that some women are developing this during adulthood. and it's proove that is always more girls who suffer from that. i supose there alot of different nivel to the sickness but majority of women in america society are not feeling good with their body and have a hate/love relation with food. and during this time in africa they're fucking starving. |

 Coolness: 40100 | so what happens to these outfits after they have been presented on the runways by rakes? they are supposed to go on real women. Then real women go to buy them and feel fat because they don't fit or look as good as they did on the runway or magazine.
That is how the whole perception of body image is created. I think I know one women that is a skinny as a runway model. It really is media and industry that is so full of shit and people should boycot the hell out of it all so we can get back to reality. |
