bon, avec du recul, je dirais que c'était un excellent party ! mon premier party avec du trance, en + la schmu qui gouttait du plafond c'était plutôt dégueu, jusqu'à ce que je prenne mes médicaments... après jmen crissait pas mal :) pour les vinyls qui sautaient, c'est sûr que c'était chiant... mais bon, avec quelques petites solutions, le problème a été réglé + ou - vite. mais c'est sûr que vu comme le plancher bougeait (j'avais peur qu'il craque !), c'est assez inévitable ! et puis pour le son qui s'entendait de l'autre côté pendant les passages calmes, c'est pas ce qui pouvait gâcher la soirée ! donc malgré ces 2-3 petits inconvénients, SUPER ! :) (j'ai même retrouvé mon pastis à la fin, alors, que demande le peuple !?) |

 Coolness: 91675 | I wasn't here for the first Rewire, so i wasn't sure what to expect....
but I was hella impressed to see an all-out, underground rave with 400+ people going absolutely insane! Very professionally organized what with the top-notch venue, BIG lazers, cool projections, and DJ's dropping the dopest tunes. Two very different vibes in the two rooms - nice mix of dnb, electro, etc in the laid back 2nd room, and all out RAVE in the steaming-hot, sweaty, packed main room. The crowd was a nice mix of oldschoolerz and fresh, candified newbies. Lots of glowstick action in the main room, some really good poi performances were on display. big up to vince, the dj's, and of course to everyone who let loose on the dancefloor and made this party as fun 4 everyone as it was. |

| Coolness: 37955 | haf to reppreseent beecause lotsaof peepul r bitching about shitt but nobodie has the ballz to poste it on ravewave due to personill gaynesss and the like. when peepul pay twentee dollars to get into a partee at the very leest they shoulde be abill to heare Deejays that kan mix. whyle sum of the deejays were fine, i think everyone realeyezed that max sucked. allmost every mix he tried was a tottal trainwreck thatt ruined the second rooom for a lot of peepul. aftter all the skipppijng problims of the first 2 hours it was a bit ridicillous, espeshully when max was playeing forr three hours (with 2 other deejays) ..now ime not blaming max kause peepul told me that he does knoe how to mix, maybee he was just too fucked up on druggs or something but his two friends that he was mixxing with should take over and get him awaye from the decks or something... there are dozens of talinted deejays in the city that couldhave held down mixes at rewire but insted we got like ffive hours in the small room with no flow, no flow until OSG took over.. even thow some of the deejays were goood, peepul rote that omni was good, nobody was abill to build a flow bekawz of skipppuing and bekawz shit deejays keep on ruwining the vibe... so just a headz up that peepul should knoe that insted of brainlesssly cheering while two traks are tranewrecking. otherwyse our scene will end up beying shit... no criticism = > no standards = > no goodniss |

 Coolness: 509545 | I JUST recovered(j/k). This was an awesome event with tons of great music, lighting, giant fans, decoration and of course people. I went alone but met many old friends and was sadly too tired to make new ones... but ladies, there's always next time. I was actually sober and stilll managed to dance all, which was a first since 1998 for me :P. I don't want to write too much, cause that's boring so I'll just say THANX to Clown ad whoever else helped! I hope to play a set for you all at next year's Rewire!

Perhaps while you're critiqing his mixing, we can give you a few lessons in english...Stop being such a weiner! That is all. |

I pay 15$ to hear a technically perfect dj @ aria I pay 15$ to have a freakin nice time with cool people @ Rewire. Your call blank slate Yes, I agree Max had some trouble, but he did still managed to put some awesome tracks that made my butt shake nonetheless. I haven't heard him before, but I'm pretty sure he's a pretty decent dj. Constructive criticism is always appreciated, not random ghetto-english jaded bitching. |
