We have a neighbors bedroom directly on the other side of the wall our TV sits against in our den. We've gone thru three neighbors because they couldnt handle our TV on Volume setting 1. WTF, our landlords could care less that our TV at its lowest volume setting keeps the neighbors awake at night. Isn't there a minimum sound level that apartments walls/floors/ceilings are supposed to block? If I can't watch TV at 3am on the lowest available setting without disturbing my neigbor what the fuck am I payin almost 800 bucks a month for?? If I can't turn my stereo up as loud as I want it during daylight hours without gettin bitched at about it, isn't this my "home" not some hotel room??? |
