I wonder.. had science proven what the long term effect of eating donuts are? You'll get fat.. but only if you ABUSE the damned donuts! If you have a timbit every few weeks will you end up a gigantic flabby heap of cholestoral? Nope, but if you bathe in bacon fats and eat nothing but pastries high in sugars the crap you'll have difficulties.
Theres a lot of information available for those who wish to know.. Have you spent ANY time learning? Are you just taking someone elses word that things are the way the are and theres no way to change them, to protect yourself? First theres preloading and postloadin, second theres antioxidants, magnesium, 5-htp and prozak/St. Johns Wort. If you don't know how these are beneficial, perhaps you should learn why.. Here is your brain on mdma.. [ www.dancesafe.org ] |

They generally reported that the drug had potential for overcoming 'blocks' in psychotherapy and enhancing insights, particularly insights concerning relationships.

As far as current research shows, MDMA is quite safe if used in moderation. Moreover, it has had a life-enhancing impact on millions of people who have experienced increased empathy, emotional connectedness, and personally relevant insight under its influence. The anti-drug U.S. government has spent countless dollars trying to convince the public of MDMA's supposed harmfullness, but as yet there is no evidence that moderate use of MDMA causes any harm whatsoever. Perhaps gradually becoming aware of their own errors, the U.S. government is currently allowing several studies to be conducted which will explore the use of MDMA in psychotherapy, particularly with regards to treating post-traumatic stress disorder. A study currently underway will involve giving MDMA to U.S. soldiers returning from Iraq who are suffering from PTSD. |

MDMA does offer one negative side effect no matter what dose you take (if you don't protect against it) Which is when you've run out of seratonin and there's none left in the receptor channel, dophamine starts to adhere to the reuptakes and gets converted into hydrogen perxide next to the seratonin receptors.
The way to stop this from happening is to take prozak or st. johns wort after the effects have worn off. This effectively plugs the re-uptakes for a few hours, not allowing anything to go through. :D I've got some st. Johns wort if anyone wants any at the parties I've got in my attending list. :D |
