| yea I walk alot also. I love this freakin city cause you can walk almost anywhere and its a pretty walk also.
I think this is gonna be another pointless arguement where no one's opinion will get changed.
Our society today is LAZY.
If you walk for two hours a day or work out 5 hours a week. Good for you. You better off then most for taking care of yourself. |

| it IS a pretty walk. i walk along sherbrooke from st laurent to guy everyday.
and i walk down victoria allllll through westmount from queen mary to sherbrooke. it's so nice, the tops of the trees meet in the middle of the street like a little canopy :) |

| Man, diets are total bullshit. Just fuckin' excercicse. For 5 months, EVERY NIGHT, I would put on my rollerblades, go from my place (roughly corner Gouin +Sunnybrook for all you westies) along the 208 bus route ALL THE WAY to fairview, go down St. Johns, and then down Gouin back home. Leave at 11pm, get home at 4am.
EVERY NIGHT.
I went from 290 lbs to 115 in 5 months. |
