| I like going to bed late and waking up around 12-1pm. My sleeping can adapt to whatever my needs are though, sometimes I go to bed at 11pm and wake up at 6am if I have to be up early. If I get 5 hours I'm fine, any less than that I am cranky and tired all day.. any more than 8 hours sleep and I feel terrible all day.
My sleeping problems went away when I quit drinking coffee later than 7-8pm. But every once in a while I have a night where It takes a few hours to fall asleep.
Oh yeah, exercising and being fit is a good way to make your sleep more regular too. If you make sure you ARE truly tired at the end of the day it's easy to sleep. |

| im a bigtime insomniac........during work days, i always have these fucked up 2 hours sleep, then 10 hour days of physical work......and weekends.....fuck, party fridays, wake up 530am saturday, werk all day...drink drink drink, and dance till sunrise.......i do get my good nights rest, but on average......nooo sleep:( theres always something better to do than sleep...lol |

| I`ve had mad insomnia since I was at least like 7 yrs old or something, I always take like 2 hours to fall asleep on avg. one if i`m lucky and 4 if its a bad night. It really sucks the next day i`m dead when I go to work or school or I just miss everythig and have to sleep in all day. |

I wreaked havoc in that place.... One teacher made a plan of how i controlled the whole class and how i was the one who was causing all the ruckus cuz most people had shitty grades and i had straight A's without doing shit. He wrote this whole plan on a sheet and showed it to the principal, she laughed at him. He called me the puppeteer...it was funny as hell... two weeks later he had a nervous breakdown and never taught a cvalss again. |

I once drove our french teacher to quit by getting the whole class to co-ordinate making animal noises every time he wasn't looking. The trick was to not have anyone laugh or make faces, so that he started thinking the noises weren't coming from us. I had even perfected this bird-chirp whistle that I could do even when he was looking up at us because it was really un-obvious. |
