[ www.zdnet.com ] Because, if anyone actually took the time to read the terms of service on 99% of all websites that require registration, it's a violation of the TOS to enter anything other than your real information where they ask you, and it states clearly in G+, Gmail, and all other Google services, that not using legitimate information to identify yourself is grounds for getting your account nuked. It's also like that for Facebook, Myspace, Twitter, Hotmail and any other site where you sign up for an account that has a TOS that you need to agree to. |

 Coolness: 30505 | Once everyone gets on there I think it's going to pretty much sink facebook for me. I'll probably continue to use FB as a promotion/networking device but I would much rather have Google's developers in charge of my main networking platform than . All of google's shit is just...better. Intuitively designed and (with a few exceptions during beta stages) flawlessly coded.
I've loved Gmail for a while now, just been waiting for them to finish building stuff to let me do everything online from a single centralized hub. Thumbs up from me. |
