| cool, thanks. i don't know what i should be eating, i guess i'll read up on it a bit more, i thought i was supposed to avoid spicy things. i know if i drink soft drinks, or coffee or alcohol i'm in lots of pain. i've been eating really bland foods lately. i guess that's where i start. |
