There are currently like fourteen videos of 13 year old kids smoking "smarties" and it's become some sort of fad. It doesn't actually involve smoking so much as playing with the finely ground powder that is like so much candy crack to the younguns, but it doesn't get you high at all, nor are you smoking it.
All in all it actually sounds like a great alternative to chasing the dragon. |
