this proxy/spyware/dns hijack , can only be properly removed tru a reinstall.

or you can go "miner" on your registry and unlock inused files that makes it effective.

but between a dirty hack and just pop-ing the backup / reinstall. i would save time and just binaryu dump the backup.

google doesnt hate you, you just never had spybot patching you registry for thoses sorts of hack.

especially if yuo have firefox , next time install "spybot - search & destroy* and "no script" plugin for firefox.

if you keep these two updated everyweek (openware anyways), you would get that deadlock once in about 4 years...

theres this forum called spy ware warrior. First you have to run ad-aware. And then 2nd you have to download this log program they have which tells them what spyware is running on your computer. You post it in a thread. And then they tell you how to fix the problem.

Ive done it like 8 times; whenever I dunno what the problem is, but I know its spy-ware/ad junk. THeyre really helpful. And its FREE!!!!
I'm feeling apathetic right now..

dont do what gamos tells you, serious security flawe rite there and adaware fails where spybot rules.

you use spybot to patch your registry / known bad ware address, and can scan . all on its own.

adaware i stop trusting when the 1/4 of my clients were having that install, and had there puter fucked up beyon recognition, wereas my spybot user were browsing scott free.

its a shame loosing this install, but if you get setup like i said , next time might be in oblivion. (that is IF you keep it update everyweek)

you can try wat gamos told you , but thats what i meant about wasting time : reinstall, and use ONLY spybot & noscrip

and if registry keys were crossed by XOR logic you can forget thoses guys helping you too, : really reinstall, keep backups such you can reinstall on the fly and have everything at hand.

is ths ONLY solution to a morphing problem

hope you fix it no matterwhat you choose.

and im with alienz , beside clamAV , i trust no antivirus software , and if you require one , install clamAV

its not a resident program, so its not eating ressources but the saved place on the harddrive, and it runs like a normal program: so when you quit. IT QUITS freeing up the ressources again for you,

dont let the name stop you, it was made to protect unix shells, hence the name.
