Rogers likes to charge you for mysterious shit though, and you can't reach a representative at all unless you know the special code words to say to "Emily" the English correspondent. And has anyone else noticed that even with the volume maxed the *611 messages are totally too quiet to hear? And how you're expected to talk to a machine? Imagine that, a machine that can understand every cadence of pronunciation.

Thats why you press 0 to speak to a rep
and there are no hidden charges . rogers is the only company that breaks down the charges so please explain to me this mysterious shit look at the charges for bell and telus how its one lump sum , that looks mysterious to me and 8.95 system access fee? The machine is programmed to continously learn and become better by more people using it it learns accents , differnt forms pf pronounciation , tones and speeds of voice Besides there ditching emily and doing a guy voice but its still in the testing stages but the guy voice is very accurate and simpler but you only get his voice like 1 out of 3 times right now
