Knocking down the cn tower so that it collapses on a giant office tower will kill more people than blowing up a metro station, thats for sure. It would also send a message almost as strong as 9/11, which is just as important.

Intel chips generally consume more power than AMDs (upwards of 30% more). I'm surprised AMD hasn't expanded into the laptop market yet. i could be mistaken, but the law suit between AMD and Intel I believe stems from Intel's monopolistic control over laptops, preventing AMD from entering the market

Infected Mushroom at Karma II
Talamasca at Mandala
Astral Projection at Exodus
Chi A.D. at some party, especially because they used one of my presets on the jp-8000 they were using.
Also my friend Vince put on one of the hardest goa sets I've ever heard in my entire life.

Psytrance has lost its edge. I liked it when it was aggressive and still vaguely attached to its industrial roots. There is still SOME good new material coming out, but not as much as there used to be.

Juno Reactor of course is always pushing the edge, The Higher Human Form came out with a decent album last year. It's just not as an active genre as it used to be.

Marijuana collectively across the country has an export value of $20 billion according to the RCMP.

BC accounts for $10 billion.

In contrast, BC's major export industry is the $6 billion forestry industry. So weed is making $4 billion more in UNTAXED dollars than the largest legitimate industry in BC. Simple economics suggests its time to legalize.

the base of the CN Tower is not all that big. It could feasibly be blown up with a properly timed attack. They would have to run up, blow up, and repeat. Could probally be done in 10 minutes. Proper positions and you can control where the tower falls. If you want to take wide scale damage, a 1500ft stick of cement smalling into 60 story buildings will be a pretty nice way to say "I LAUGH AT YOUR FREEDOM!"

Too bad AMD CPUs are faster than Intel CPUs. This will continue the trend of macs lagging behind PCs.

Now if only Jobbs would get off his high horse, quit trying to push macs beyond the scope of their capabilities, and release OSX to the general x86 market. It would make him more money, it would be a true competitor to Microsoft, and we can finally have the OS equivalent of the AMD vs. Intel battle, which is just great for us consumers.

AMD Athlon64 3200+ w/ 2gb of DDR400 ram (useful for the new EWQL Symphonic Choirs). Contained with in a 4U rack mount case thats worth almost as much as the computer.
M-Audio Audiophile 2496
Close to 250 sample CDs, many of them original copies
Kontakt2 for samples
Cubase SX3 for recording audio thats in sync with whats made in FLStudio
FLStudio 5 for sequencing and recording midi
Fatar SL-1100 88 Weighted Key controller (beautiful!)
Panasonic DA-7 Digital Mixer. Older model but got it for good price (*cough* free)
Edirol MD-20 Digital Active Monitors. Excellent quality for price, but obviously not the best.
Two Rode NT-1 condesor mics
Two 19in computer monitors. Cubase SX or FLStudio spanning two monitors is just golden
A massive array of effect and generator plugins, favorites include GuitarRig, B4, Absynth3, Izotope Trash, QuadFromage, Predatohm, Ohmboys, and Buffer Override
My midi cable has been ghetto rigged by attaching the midi out and midi in cables of a midi to game port converter together (used it when I had an SB Live!). They work perfectly with no latency.
