I'm guessing....am I right? As a dj though, it sucks to see djs being booked who can't beatmatch but that's another story. It also depends what kind of dj you wanna be. Look at Tiga or Dj Rush for example, they don't care if they suck at beatmatching.... that's not what they're about.

My understanding was that Circus was not even all legal itself. From what I heard is that they make so much money that they can afford to pay off their tickets for breaking rules and still keep a profit. It might be rumours but this is still besides the point that was already made by other people in this thread that mainly is that they don't consider Fractal patron's as their potential clientele anyways. As if they're going to start booking Techno....let alone Happy Hardcore..... hello? Am I right? I mean, whoever knows me, knows that I'm not a big fan but I am really all about being open minded and a place that is opened to those types of sounds deserves my respect at some (obvious) level. Anyways, that's my impression.

I just find the music very meh. I wish they had something else nowadays. Maybe some special one offs with other styles... of course, I'd love Techno *cough*bookme!*cough* but other things too for a change. I'm just tired of minimal. and micro-house etc...

yeah the Fractal Center is not the problem. The problem is just that people like to complain too much. I mean, it's not as easy as it looks (if it even looks that way in the 1st place) to find new venues and be sure that you won't have a problem throwing a party there. The thing is that you won't be able to stop people from bitching because bitchy people bitch, that's what they do.
