marijuana is addictive. Tell the ppl that smoke it every day and cant stop that its not. It may not be a physical dependance, but its there.

Neutral Good

A neutral good character does the best that a good person can do. He is devoted to helping others. He works with kings and magistrates but does not feel beholden to them. The common phrase for neutral good is "true good." Neutral good is the best alignment you can be because it means doing what is good without bias toward or against order.

I coulda bet on it, i know i'm just the best guy to ever live ;)

I wonder where some of the quotes come from?

Einstein believed in god and religion, one of his famous quotes is "I want to know god's thoughts, the rest are details".

Darwin also believed in god, despite being behind the theory of evolution, which he said himself can only suppose and not prove, and also said it does not constitute an argument against christianity.

majority? I though only Italy, Germany had no limits on highways. I know France, Spain and all of Scandinavia have limits, and most of eastern europe too :P (I might be wrong been some years i havent been to europe)

gonna find a source when i have more time for the seatbelt claim. I know i read stuff on that somewhere (15 yrs ago, so not on the net, and i know its gonna be difficult to find cuz they want you so badly to wear seatbelts that they wont post compromising data)

I didnt say europe, i said Germany. I found that in germany, ppl respected the limits everywhere. Elsewhere in europe is something else. Try to cross a french or romanian intersection by foot, i dare you.

As for speed and seatbelts: Seatbelts save you when you go under 60 mph, when you go above, you have a better chance of surviving if you take off the seabelt: simple physics: ppl who survive those crash are the ppl who got thrown out the windows, those who were kept in the cars by the seatbelt will simply be crushed. (A funny thing about that, in my car, if i dont put the seatbealt, it keeps beeping to tell me, until i get above 60mph, then it stops beeping. So if i'm driving with it on (and i always have it on) and i take it off below 60mph, it rings, above, it does not.))

Just some random information: Speed does not kill. Speed + Bad driving kills. And by bad driving i dont mean necesseraly the driver of the speeding car, but also the drivers around.

Take a country like Germany, where there are no speed limits on highways: Ppl respect at 100% the limits everywhere else, and ppl actually know how to drive. I'd guess only 10% of quebec drivers actually know the rules.

SGA is fine, but the best sci fi on tv right now is Fox News.

also, the best sci-fi series ever is farscape. Its a must. You got to get past the low budget first season and bad villain, but once scorpius is in the house, that show rocks. And the girl in the show, Claudia Black (Vala in stargate sg1) is just kick ass.

I havent read this flamewar except one bit that i found extremely funny:

I'm not exactly quoting but it went somehow like this:

djwood: I'm 16 and been raving since i'm 13, so i've seen the oldschool stuff.

Man, i'm 30, been raving since i was 13. Oldschool is not 3 yrs ago, its 20 yrs ago.

Hm, dude, once TV shows are on the air, you can DL them, no legal problem. It's like recording it, that is OK unless you will sell the recordings...

hell no, read up on the law. It would be the same thing for downloading songs, since you could record them off the radio. What you do is illegal, dont think otherwise (i do it too, not judging).

As for bsg razor: i kinda found it sucked, like the last season of BSG. As for the 4th season, i read somewhere that its delayed until march or april.

i'll play tennis with you.

I'll probably get resident evil since its getting such good comments.

As for bust-a-move for wii, the reviews are horrible. I'm a fan of the original game, but i wont buy it for wii. (I'll hope they get the old one out on virtual console)

Is resident evil for wii made to use the wiimote or its a port of other console?

Nuclear: I've got a terrific idea for a website, but its more of a one time thing. It's almost a scam but its legal. A bit like the guy who sold land on the moon. (Its not at all the same thing, but its in the general idea).

Thing is, i dont know shit when it comes to web programming.

I am reluctant on sharing the idea given you could just go and do it yourself, but i figure i'll probably never have the knowledge to do it so i'll have to take that risk.

Note: The problem ppl are having (and as i understood, it was a problem in the code, so should be 100% of ppl) with gh3 is that sound comes out from both channel like stereo, except its still mono (so same signal on both channels). I guess you should try and hear if there are difference between both speakers. (Also to note: It says pro-logic on the box but it doesnt work either)

I'd buy it anyways, just cant find it at all

Bassic, do you have the Mono sound only probleme with GH3? (Even if it says stereo in game, its mono sound that comes out)

I just got mine so i'm still playing my games, but in the future i'd be interested in sharing!

Update: So i played lego star wars, and i was a little disapointed:

The graphics are very sub-par compared to the pc version, i was expecting this, but not to that extent.
The wiimote lightsaber action just blows. There is no relation to how you move the controller and what happens on screen and since there is an alternate button to attack, rather use the button than shake wiimote.

It still is a fun game.

Wii play is alot of fun, the mini games are clever and entertaining. The air-hockey game is awesome.

I'll rent resident evil and see if i like it enough to buy it.

well, i might rent some games to play alone, but i'd buy only games with high replay, multiplayer value.

I actually played the first 2 lego star wars on pc, and loved it. As i understand, the new one is those 2 in 1 box + some new level, and on the wii, you use the wiimote as a lightsaber!

I think i'll get mario galaxy, just cuz its a mario game. I bought super mario world on the virtual console. I was hoping to buy Uniracer (the best snes game ever) but its not on it. Any know if there is a list of upcomming virtual console games?. I still have 1200 wii points to buy stuff and i dunno what to buy.

What are good games to own? to rent?

I got a wii and i have no clue what's fun on that console. I have wii sports and wii play, and i plan on getting Guitar Heroes 3 and Lego Star Wars The Complete Saga (i'm a huge lego-tard so good or no good, i'm getting it)

Also, i'll probably never play alone, so i'm looking for cool cooperative or versus multiplayer games.

suggestions?
