I've got no problem with clubbers at raves and raves at clubs. It takes all kinds to make a world right. That being said, the day I start seeing Ginos/guidos going to raves and fist pumping and what not is the day I start touting around a shotgun and blasting their fake tanned heads to pieces.

I don't recall a rave every being some kind of rule heavy event. The closest I could think of would be noticing suggestions on the event page stating, "Don't crowd the entrance so we can avoid the cops".

Anything that lists rules like 18+, even if there is booze, drugs and flying space monkeys, isn't a rave. It may be rave like, but not a rave(At least in my opinion).

Stuff like the best raves to hit, how to get into the spirit, good DJs to check out, how to put together a rave outfit, etc... whatever comes to mind.

It's a shame that not as many people went to Rewire as expected. University courses always seem to fuck me up every time I plan to attend a rave. I swear to god, I plan two weeks in advance which events I want to go to, when suddenly out of the blue comes midterms or projects, or some bullshit like that.

Try replacing one addiction with another. I quit smoking by switching to hard drugs, and I've been smoke-free for a year! lol :p

Seriously, I've that replacing one addiction for another that is easier to stop works quite effectively. Anything that is distracting could work. Hell, I even knew a guy who replaced smoking with masturbation( I kid you not), and hasn't smoked for about 3 years now.

Not sure, if he had a screen name, it wasn't listed. Its the fourth trailer on the site, about 1/4 of the way through he appears in a dark room lit by candles and talks about receiving tests from god and such.

I was just watching some of the trailers, and is it just me or do a lot of people have really pointy teeth? Also, if I understood correctly one the guys filmed admits to being a sexual predator. What the fuck is up with that?

Finally, my two cents about this whole issue: Stalking is bad, mmm-kay? Following someone around with a video camera and asking all kinds of people about them is bad. The trailers are kind of awesome though, except for the stalking part.

In the end, I think the real question is what makes a person happy. If a person knows enough about any given procedure, drug, religion, etc then they should go for it if they want to. Do what you will provided it doesn't negatively affect anyone else(opinions aside).

Also, a guy I knew had similiar reasoning about religion as some of you guys do about gender reassignment. He figured that anyone who believed in an imaginary magical being who claimed that one of living is right and all other ways are wrong should get some psychiatric help. That they must have some serious problems if they would turn to religion for help with daily life.

Kind of an interesting view of the whole medicate rather than fix approah don't you think?
