Syrups, even if DXM is the ONLY medicinal ingredient, are the WORST way to do DXM these days, because they've ALL got either Sorbitol, or the other thing who's name I can't remember that makes you puke..

And it's NOT a medicinal ingredient, so you're not going to see it in that section. Telling someone that "they'll be fine" if DXM is the only listed medicinal ingredient is just fucking stupid, because the non-medicinal ingredients are the ones that make you shit/puke to purge a dose that would get you high out of your system.

The only possible way that you could get around it is to extract the DXM from the syrup, which is a lot longer a process than just chugging a bottle. Or you can try and find pure DXM pills, but I think even those are coming with the purging agents in them these days.
