i blame shitty city planning like 'jane and finch' and 'regent park', 'moss park' notorious ghettos in the toronto area that spawn gun violence then in turn putting fear into the youth of toronto enough to carry fire arms themself for protection.. one of the comunitys in wich ive live myself ..and it's no walk in the park at regent park and moss park. i think they need to have more police officers walking the beat in relativly secluded comunitys wich have a high potentials in gun violence and drug trade. i would rarely see even a police car in my area ..night or day. it's redic if you ask me.
