What a great party!

PPL were really into the music and the vibe. The three sets were all dope.. Deiselboy is deaf and so was I after his set.. HAHAHA!! It was great to see everybody out partying on a Thursday night when most of us had to work early the next morning. Big ups to Beat Concierge and to KO and to everyone involved, you guys put together a really nice show and I was happy to be able to be included. I understand the big guys cost a lot to bring to town - it's much appreciated. I think KO has a good thing going on right now and although there were some losses in the financial department, there was some serious gains in the "Holy shit that was a fucking awesome party!!!!" department.


PS.. Don't make any excuses for Pascale. She was WAAAAY too drunk and didn't handle herself well at all. Anybody who gets up on the stage and starts bothering the people who are trying to put on a good show should be asked to leave. I just hope she wasn't too drunk to realize WHY she got kicked out. I mean EVERYBODY gets a little drunk sometimes and does stupid shit and embarrasses themselves??? So hopefully nobody will have any hard feelings, and she'll chill out at the next KO.

Holy shit.

That was a fuckin DOPE party.. Big ups the Frogland Boys (Patrick, Ivan and Deyond) for putting on the best party I've been to all winter.

The venue and the atmosphere were great.. The place was fuckin rammed! Big ups to Dialect for warming things up with some funky fresh breaks.. Pinky38 (a.k.a. the Mexican Wrestler) and Spacekadet ripped the place up with one of their best tag team sets yet.. Then Robb G tore the fuckin' roof off with his special blend of bangin beats and funk!

I'd also like to big up Uzi and the crew at Academy for helping out so much.

Lets hope this isn't the last Planet Break at Academy!

First I have to thank Deyond (AKA Dr. Bass) for being there.. His expertise made the system at Fractal sound better then it ever has before.. DJ skills and atmosphere are important.. but good sound is half of the party. If it weren't for him, it wouldn't have sounded half as good... Thanks to the breaks warriaz crew from QC who made it all the way down here to rock the party.. BIG thank you to Ani and Melodie for all the hard work they did making this thing as big as it was.. That was one of the best planet break parties to date. DJs from several crews throwing down some of the phattest beats in the city. It goes to show the breaks scene in Montreal is healthy and growing..

Big ups to Spacekadet and Pinky38, and big sound bwoy Deyond for their tireless efforts to bring the breaks to the masses. They have been working at it for over 2 years now!

Respect to all the crews that held it down on Friday night: Frogland Breakers, Broken Crew, Metrolium, Hardsteppers, EZBake crew.. Big lineup had killer results.. Spacekadet, Pinky38, J-Fizz, Rhys Taylor, Murdock, SASE1, Adam L, Dee Bass, Kiffah, Dialect, and myself.. Wikkid night.

The BBQ and terrasse were in full effect, but without Dirty D we had to inaugurate a new Chef, and Spacekadet became Dirty P for the night!
