i get anxiety when i feel powerless... when something does not go as planned due to circumstances beyond my control, and i'm running out of time... it creates this intense stress and then i get emotionnal about it, and, uh, is that anxiety?

because this happens to me every once in a while... and while it happens i realize just how ridiculous i am reacting, and that it's not helping my situation at all... yet i don't know what to do...

then somehow i calm down, realize that i can do things if only i calm down... not sure how... laugh it off, and realize there was nothing to stress about, that it's not so important...

yoga is a good idea, it include some good teaching on breath. it's the base of being alive and the word spiritual come from the same as respirer. meditation too...

some herbal tea are calming. try maybe sage, passiflore, damiana, hops, blue lotus. in a crisis, just the tea ritual can be calming, and the hot water, etc. you can buy the herbs at la bottine a herbes or l'alchimiste... or other places too... and also they have a little screen thing to put the herbs in to infuse.

anxiety is your system telling you something. maybe see what are the situations that trigger the crisis. it can be insightful on something you need to adress...

and i danced shirtless to expose something - not just my boobs... but the fact that people are scared of being judged.

i am strong enough to do it, and sometimes it's all you need. someone that can tell you, go ahead, you're free, no one is gonna hurt you.

maybe you'd like to see boobs in a party. maybe mine don't please you, i don't care, i did not do this for you and i like my boobs, so i don't need your useless judgement. but if other women see this and see that it's safe do do so without being judged, you may see more freedom at parties. and see boobs that make you feel good when you look at them.

and it was really hot at that place. it just felt good to dance shirtless. you guys can do it all the time if you're too hot...... in ontario there are no laws against being shirtless for women, but in quebec it's actually illegal.

so, hm... just don't insult me. i've had the courage to do it. i was trying to open a door for other women. and they were not exposed... i had some electric tape X on them. ;)

rave movement is about not judging other people,
people attending raves are people looking for more freedom,
looking to break away from the constraint of society as we know it.

i like music that makes me feel higher in the love. i listen to happy hardcore sometimes... not that i particularly like this music but to make the parralel maybe.

quand je regarde ce video d'une Freak Bamboulé de 2000, je m'ennuie d'une vibe dont je n'ai connu que les derniers moments... des light shows... une vibe...


mais bon, pour ceux qui étaient a Natura on a quand même été servi côté lights... assez que y'en a qui voulaient que ca arrete, parce que leur mental était pas capable de suivre, et eux ils étaient pas capable de decrocher de leur mental... tout un apprentissage!

tant qu'a moi le probleme c'est les wannabe promoteurs qui connaissent pas ce qu'ils font, qui en fait essaient de faire un party selon une formule... une copie d'une copie de l'original, c'est toujours de moins bonne qualité, surtout quand c'est organisé par des flo de 22 ans qui n'ont même pas pris le temps d'apprendre les mecanismes de la lumiere et de l'aménagement d'une salle sur le psyché humain... et qui en fait s'en calisse, qui ne connait pas a quel point un party peut être completement plus mongol que ce qu'il fait, parce qu'a la fin tout le monde dit 'ahhhh best party ever'

(mais en fait, c'est best drugs ever, best friends ever, etc...)

mais vraiment, c'est que trop vrai... louer une salle, mettre des blacklights, quelques backdrops, deux speakers en avant et un dj booth, si c'est ca pour vous, psychédélique... franchement vous avez besoin d'en vivre plus avant de penser a organiser... parce que la generation suivante, ceux qui vont vouloir prendre votre place quand ils vont avoir 22 ans, parce qu'ils se rendent compte que c'est tellement plus hot d'être un DJ qu'un raver... eh bien ce qu'ils vont faire ca va etre une copie de moins en moins bonne.

faut en faire plus, meilleure qualité. c'est bien beau de se retrouver entre amis et faire du LSD, mais ca c'est pas un rave... le rave, il te laisse sans voix, il te fait lacher prise, il t'emporte dans une tornade de sensations ou plus rien n'est familier.
