About Katrella: It all began in 2015 when her drive and passion for music landed her various appearances at clubs across Ottawa, Montreal, Miami and other major cities. Yet, it wasn’t until Katrella’s first big job with Jump 106.9 Ottawa that she was recognized for her undeniable talent and asked to open a set for Bassjackers at their show in Ottawa. Her performance in 2015 at Nikki Beach in Miami also landed her an offer to become a residential DJ on Revolution 93.5 FM Miami, which later brought her enough acknowledgment to open for Will Sparks, Bakermat and the Walk Off The Earth concert in September 2016. She has since been nominated as the #1 DJ in Ottawa by Faces Magazine, and is now being sponsored by Myers Chevrolet.
