A true musician and sound engineer, both in the studio and on the decks, Rough Child has been destroying dancefloors, transcending genres, and bending his way through tempos for over a decade. Having toured extensively throughout the UK, Europe and North America he has had the opportunity to play some of the biggest clubs and festivals around the world, stopping along the way to study music production with the legendary producer and founder of Hardcore Beats, Ed209 [ soundcloud.com ] / [ www.beatport.com ] ). His following releases garnered support from the likes of Excision (Rottun Recordings) and Pyramid (Funkatech), leading to his chart-topping Dubstep release, the New World EP, on Excision's Rottun Recordings in 2012. Ataka & Zim have been making music since 2001 and have been at the forefront of the underground Tekno scene with their swift production of cutting edge beats.
