[b]welcome to DISCONNECTED.[/b] this official [b]RE-LAUNCH PARTY[/b] features electro.disco.techno.punx: [b]DJ BOOTH vs CHAMELEONIC[/b] intro by [b]TREVOR WALKER[/b] venue: [b]mercury lounge[/b] 56 byward street ottawa, ontario cover: [b]$5[/b] after a brief hiatus and venue change, dj booth & chameleonic's monthly [b]DISCONNECTED[/b] party has officially returned. on december 15th, 2005; ottawa will bear witness once again to ottawa's one and only monthly electrotrash event. the duo have been very busy as of late with production and dj work from city to city; meanwhile being requested to remix the likes of kepler, boycrusher, and the hilotrons amongst others. however, due to popular demand, the decision was made to revive the clubnight as soon as possible. set to occur every third thursday of the month, these events will serve as the duo's home-base to showcase the best sounds from the global underground for the masses, as well as debut their own productions fresh out of the studio. in the future, the night will also frequently play host to acclaimed guest dj's from around the globe. the return of disconnected also includes the addition of a true legend in ottawa's underground, dj [b]trevor walker[/b]. expect to see trevor wearing a bit of a different skin for this night, with the focus being more towards techy electro as he mashes it together with his signature afro funk style. this dj match-up is sure to bring plenty of exciting surprises on the dancefloor all night long. say it to yourself now: every third thursday of the month - [i]it's time to get disconnected.[/i] |
