Having forged himself to be one of the power brokers in independent and underground music, his forward thinking company, Best Kept Secret reflects all that a modern musical svengali should aim to be. The global reach and respect Nick Matthews has earned sees him tour regularly across the world playing alongside some of the biggest names in scene like Gilles Peterson, Mr Scruff and Quantic to name a few. Despite the success of all the business activities it is important to Nick to keep a busy diary of dates of across the world and continue to gain the respect for this primary passion - djing. Taking the newest music to the people since he started his first residency, 5 years ago, at star studded Pharmacy in the U.K's media epicentre, Notting Hill Gate in West London. It was during this period he spotted the potential of trying to create a booking agency, management company, record label, promotions and p.r company all within the same box - and making it totally cutting edge, imaginative and artist driven.
