DJ SEARCH SEMI FINALS! Insisting that he must make it to ottawa this summer for a Velvet reunion. The #27 DJ in world will grace our decks on Satuday August 14th for the third installment in the VR (VELVET RADIO) world class series. VR-1 - ROGER SANCHEZ VR-2 - TOM STEPHAN aka SUPER CHUMBO VR-3 - JOHN "00" FLEMING !!! John has become a great friend to our Velvet and Ottawa family and is extremely excited to play our humble room. We will also be holding the first of two semi final nights of VELVET'S UDJS DJ SEARCH. Both semi- final events will take place in the MAIN ROOM! On this night we will see the talents of: DANNY K & CHAKRA V Both two of the best up-coming talents we have ever heard. Guest judging for this fine evening will be special guest judges: MARTY VILLENEUVE ( aka MV - Tao Records, [ Martyvilleneuve.com ] RAF ( Vandelay Productions, Believe, Cycle etc.) PAULO CARDOSO (Onaversal Productions) $18 advance tickets will be on sale Friday Aug.6th at TOP OF THE WORLD & FUNF CLOTHING.
