How Do I Jimmy A Lock?

| i accidentally locked my bedroom door from the outside. my cat's in there and i need to feed him.
i can't slide a credit card between the door and the fram cause the smooth part or whatever is on the inside.
the screws to take off the handle are too awkward to get at.
i am totally fucked, someone help me! |

| easiest thing to do would be give it a good quick right next to the door knob.
if you don't/can't do that, get a straight, solid piece of metal like a crowbar and pry it open.

| k nevermind i went over the the landlord's office, the super just happened to be there and he fixed it in 2 minutes.
i just gave my cat and big ass bowl of tuna and he's happy, i'm only going to be an hour late for work.
