Being fat sucks. I still can't find the pictures of when I was 260 a few years ago. Metabolism has a lot to do with it but also a LOT of it has to do with the quality of food you eat. Like, fast food is the worst thing you could eat. Then again, I eat like, 3 meals a week, so what do I know. |
