 Coolness: 194075 | the location weas pretty ghetto but nice. visuals on a huge wall, FREE WATER major bonus, the entrance doggy-door added alot to the ghettones
the vibe would be 100% wicked if it wasnt for certain negativity on a certain issue... which isnt really my place to get into the music was amazing most of the time though, we were really surprised when a live reggae band came on with slow reggae tunes but the crowed loved it (mostly at least) there were some extraordinarily chill people, good to see everyone again. Nikki it was nice to see you, looking forwars to more of those crazy stories :). was good to see Noah & Sophia (hope you managed to fixed that lighter) and nice to meet Eva - hope your trip concluded well and the down wasnt too bad. Wazzahhh to Jess, raincheck on that batty :) Oli happy birthday again dude! Steph - good to see you, ya gots to stop disappearing ;) special thanks goes to Eldar for the snack bars, you're a savior dude :) and to poisoned-candy Dan for the very interesting 2-hour convo about the way life is or should be and for being a gracious host for the post-party crash. dude, your place rocks hardcore. And big ups to Nimi milkshake-style, those are mad bacon cooking skillz :) Also shoutouts to all the crazy people I took pictures of, and everyone I didnt mention, you know I love you all. :D ps: yeah, pics soon (when i get home) |

highly of the night watching one sexy bitch dance ;) my ony complaint...and well i've gone through this horrid problem before, coat check hell tides...one of the bars fell and caused a landslide of coats...we had to wait 45 mins of searching for tina's jacket...kinda sucked, but not their fault...haha but i think the coat check staff was a tad drunk...which didnt help. |

awesome people, awesome music, awesome party. i have to say that Saigon's set was my fav. and i liked the way Kal's band played inbetween Saigon and Krinjah...cuz it allowed for a lil break, and people could just chill out and talk and stuff. i loved the door to get in...alice in wonderland styles! pics up soon. |

door was itty bitty vibe was kickin music was off the hook, there was something about every set that made me love it all. couldn't pick a favorite, it was all shweeeeet even my non-jungle luvin friends said they'd had more fun than they could remember having in a long time. so a big thanks to all the people's who put this together, this was one of those parties that you don't want to have missed. it's definitely going down in my books as one of the best parties ever. can't wait for number 3 :) |

 Coolness: 91740 | I never expected I would see a jungle party like this in Montreal. Propah lineup, huge ghetto-ass location, and an awesome vibe.
I was abit tired from partyin the night before, so I spent much of the night bouncin between the party and my pad next door, where I got to chill and have a really interesting political conversation with ze'ev. big up. While the crowd thinned out around 5 or 6 in the morn, there remained a core group of about 100 hardcore peeps who were still dancing at 10AM. The last few hours of the party was one of the best vibes I have ever felt at a party. Ever. One of the MC's from Toronto even bigged up the Montreal crowd over the toronto jungle scene, which indeed has more DJ's but not nearly as nice a vibe as the 514. And then dissed Marcus for not showing up. Awesome. The final moments felt like a circus. A spontaneous soccer game (with a paper beer cup) emerged between me, Krinjah and some other peeps. A group picture was taken of all the people still remaining. And then finally the music stopped, leaving us all with wonderful memories of a truly amazing night. |
