Montreal has a bigger and better scene then ottawa, and I dont mean this in an offensive way but ottawa barely has parties anymore and when it does only a hand full of people go. Unless its deelight or boo, those old skool parties that all the old junglists/ravers come out for. But lets go back to your comment about montreal having bigger crack heads then ottawa. The first time I hung out with people from ottawa they all did like 3+ pills of e, they did nitrus oxide, meth, k, speed, airdusters.. all in one night. They let on like it was the norm in ottawa. Maybe kira can back me up on this one but after shooting star we were sitting outside with some people from ottawa and they were AMAZED that the biggest amount of pills anyone they asked would injest was 2 MAAYYYBE 3. Maybe its cause you dont do drugs or whatever that your oblivious to it. And good for you. Also, im not saying that montreal doesnt have its share of crackheads but in my lifetime I have never met anyone that I could compair to the brain dead people that come from ur little pitiful suburb oops I mean city. i usually try my best to stay out of online raver drama but.... thats generalised bullshit !!!! You really cant associate ALL of the Ottawa scene with a particular group of partiers that you associated yourself with , if the drugs botherred you that much then find some more Ottawa partiers to hang out with. n yeah i know who youre referring to ( hope it doesnt sound like im bashing them cuz im not ) and can assure you that not everyone here did/does that amount or variety of drugs , we have quite a few sober partiers here and in all my time partying in Montreal i really havent seen very many (yes i know theres a few ppl on here who party sober) Plus think bout it , if we only have one party every few months of course ppl are gonna go all out n treat themselves to a lil xtra drugs then theyd usually take. You guys have a party like every frickin weekend and im sure there are plenty of Mtl partiers who go to every party and indulge in tons of drugs at every party And dont go calling Ottawa ppl stuck up and snobby when you go n make a thread like this , ill admit the vibe at Montreal parties still amazes as to how friendly/talkative ppl are , but of all this Ottawa/Xvi vs. Montreal/ravewave crap i dont think ive ever once seen a single thread made on xvi to bash ravewave or Mtl , just a few praising the Montreal scene , learn to take a compliment |
