its quite normal being a raw food eater. the key is to get your self a good juicer, a good food deydrator and a good food processor as these are going to be your tools which you will use the most ot make things. being araw food eater only means you dont cook for but you can process foods so that they change textures or become some thing else like make spreads out of the pulp from the juices your makeing. the key is to have a greeen vegtable juice at least once a day and the rest of easy... one down side to it all is that you shit an aweful lot... :)

food dehydrators are great. a friend and i used to run a small business selling dehydrated organic apples at the farmers market in edmonton.
the apartment always smelt like apple pie.

and amanda, i know how to make perogies from scratch. if you still need it i can find you the recipe.
