i havn't eaten red meat in 13 years and i gave up all other meat over ten years ago.
I dont eat dairy or eggs either and I have a list of substitutes and recipes if you want.

If I don't eat meat for more than 4 days straight my body rejects all food I put in untill I eat a LOT of meat. Humans are omnivorous for a reason.
