I dont replace meat with other things tho...i just dont eat it and eat more carbs instead....i wouldnt recomend doing this however...*cough cough stupid anemia* but ya...you COULD eat tofu and soy products etc. etc. I do once and awhile i suppose...

| i'm vegetarian and you don't have to eat anything instead, i just eat everything.. that isn't meat or fish... basically pasta, pizza, sugar... ummm... whatever isn't made of meat..... like almost everything |

| you really should subsitute the meat with other things tho...see i was fine for about 2 years not suplimenting anything in my diet..then i got sick...and I still am...and it sucks...so ya, you dont have to replace stuff...but if you dont overtime you will probably get sick.. |

| i used to be mad obsessed with chick peas and lentils or soy of some form, with dark green veggies (like spinach) = meat (practically.) it's not easy to substitute healthily- but if you have the time to, it's alot better for you. and yeah, you mite end up eating more carbs (which i've found to be a problem.)
now i'm a 1/2 assed vegetarian (i eat fish) and that's the best for me |
