but as for live shows Mixmaster Mike, Q-Bert, Dj Shadow to see any of those 3, i'd kill i'd also like to see Dillinja, Fatboy slim, Aphex Twin, Busta Rhymes (though with all his new shit i'm not so sure) , De La, Gangstarr also J5 again, they had a sick show... i still have never seen Kid Koala (i missed him last week so i could meet and see Atmosphere and Cut Chemist not with J5 there are too many really |

I saw them i think it was either 1999 or 2000, with Incubus and Taproot at the Air Canada Centre. That show was SICK. Deftones played 7 words and in the mmiddle of the song they cut to a cover of "say it ain't so" by Weezer...and tjhen went back to 7 Words...it was wicked. me and tamara spent at least two hours walking around nathan phillips square at 2am during a snow storm looking for a shuttle bus that never came. we eventually ran into a really sketchy dealer who had a shitload of K taped to his crotch. he wanted us to split an $80 cab to the party with him. he offered to pay $60 of the fare and give us a few bumps of K (we don't do drugs). we opted to go back to our hotel room. |

it was part of a party called Insomnia. the line-up was insane. it started around 6 or 7 pm, there was an outdoor stage until midnight and then the rave started at midnight. bran van 3000, meat beat manifesto, orchid, and the prodigy all performed on the outdoor stage with prodigy ending the night, afterwards, danny tenaglia and dj honda spun inside and josh wink did a live PA. crazy, crazy, crazy time. |
