Metalheads and punks for the large majority, for example, will not try and start a fight because you bumped into them by accident. How many people are willing to start something and pull a gun because someone stepped on their shoes? When's the last time a metalhead tried beating someone for wearing the same t-shirt as him? I'm not saying that no one else fights, but VERY FEW fight for resons half as retarded as what rappers do. D12 paied people to have Moby fucked up? Remember that? Eminem went and threatened ICP's manager with an unloaded gun, tried to get into the radio station where they were doing an interview, got kicked out, and then he went and threatened his ex-wife and her boyfriend with that gun. Should I even bring in Tupac and Biggie? I have nothing against rap music. What I HATE are the people who base their whole lifestyle and attitude off of a genre of music that's being made by people who were in WORSE situations than they EVER were and that got out of it through a love of music. Man, do they think 50 cent had fuckin' endorsmen deals and super-nice clothes when he was getting shot in the face for dealing crack? Fuck no! They just rip off a "look" of someone who's making money, and take the attitude that person had when they had NOTHING and were barely surviving from day to day, and they think they're all that. |

what was that song about? and its' weird you try to use ICP in contrast with blingbling rap, which is crap according to you... "Fuck the Insane Clown Posse, of rap their making a mockery" Chino XL i'm no authority on hiphop here but i know my share of the culture and ICP is in no way a respected hiphop act; not that it matters to them to have acceptance among their peers IMO eminem and icp are both based on their shock value from detroit "acid rap" or "horror core" (think Esham, brother lynch hung)... their the same crap to me except i think Eminem has far more talent than those clowns i know they're making it obvious that their just entertainment but their music zero in content that builds... which you're attacking black commercial rappers for. i don't like that commercial rap for the same reason... but just like Icp, it's meant to be hype music... just for fun yknow and thats the only reason i'd remotly like it music to have fun with and only that i'll look up a certain Kool G Rap interview in one of my magazines about why he thinks black people adore material goods so much... its something about broken homes. it's pretty much the same with any race yknow alot of kids just have it too easy (or don't) and don't know who they really are. instead of dreaming of becoming hulk hogan or some shit the now think they're 50cent and lived a trife life... driving their mommies lexux 4X4 (or dodge shadow) "most BLACK people don't rap against biggots and racists and they're the ones being targeted and hated!" uhhh i think Dead Prez makes some obvious reference to racism... if you understood more lingo than 'biotch' and 'off the heezy my nizzle' the message in alot of songs would be very apparent listen to Dead Prez "they schools" a bit more obscure but you can pick up the Rass kass album 'soul on ice' anywhere. and this guy is a very obvious white hater, he's also a teacher [ www.lyricsdepot.com ] i'm not saying his attitude and message in his music is right anyways just keep in mind that there's are alot of factions to hiphop/rap... not everyone with agree with all fred you're my buddy... but juggalos are just a bunch of clown (no pun intended) hehehe |
