Am i the only one who recovered from it already ? LOL CRAZY KICK ASS BEST OUTDOOR PSY-TRANCE PARTY EVER FOR ME !!!! Despite the rain, everyone was having a great time ... There was probably like 1200 peeps total, but outdoor it can never get too packed ... Amazing location (that beach !!!) , good sound, hallucinogenic visuals and lazers .. ( i was clean and i was freakin' seeing things so imagine ....) And the vibe was way fuckin' awesome ! I would say there was like ... 40 % pure goafreaks-hippies-magicians 40% random peeps , ginos and glowsticks 20% random open-minded electronic music lovers So many more comments but i'll shut up for now ...:) MASSIVE PROPS and LOVE to Erick, Luc, JAck, Dominic, Yann, and ALL those involved int he creation of such a kick-ass -well planned event ! |

| Coolness: 471845 | Musicallly speaking ; the line-up's progression was perfect !
ALL dj's from a to z were excellent ; both in choosing the right music for the right moment and on the technical skills ... In a total of 20 hours of music straight ; haven't heard a single dj mistake ..not a single ... It shows an evolution ; less than 10 years ago psy-trance was still played on DATS and kinda not beatmatched or whatever ..it was all about the tunes .... But with the cdj's it was in your face ; who said spinning on cd players wan't real deejaying (icluding myself probably) was way fuckin' wrongggg ! So , from the beginning ; OSG started it nicely with some progressive flavors to start the dancefloor , job well done ! QUIVERING VIRGIN and YEB from Toronto's Black Light Activists followed with some more progressive-minimal stuff ; but with a little twist of psycho sounds in ... dunno if these guys are 2 good friends of mine but i've found they were FUCKIN GOOD ! Then TAO-NHAN and METALOGIC played the techno stuff ; really good if you like the sound .. YANN followed with some lil' more psy music ; getting everyone ready for the main acts comin' along ...nice job ! MARCUS's dj set blew me away ; open-minded set , into which every sound has its room .. He even played some hard electro tune (Vitalic) ; massive ! Kinda missed the 2 live sets ...(damn me ! ...passed out in my tent right before it was all starting ...) CRISTOF's dj set was as ill as everytime he passes by Montreal ; full-on crazyness Made everyone have a good trip ! Then RICKAM got in to chill things out a bit ; props ! Amazing melodic-psy set from the main guy who brought this event to life ; all people left were givin' him mad love ; touching ! TENZIN was on point also, and so was SEB to end it up nicely ... Total blast ! |

so that my review douesn't get lost i've copied and pasted my review from my thread...so we have only one thread..so here you go. all i can say is wow. there were so many people...my estimate was an easy 1000 or more. it was an absolutely beautiful location right on the water, and a great camp ground... a lot of really gorgeous people, and a lot of style. and old schoolers, some peeps that i've been seeing around parties for a couple years now. great dancers, quite a few experts...and a lot of hippies.. stomping it up. i danced for hours...and hours, really enjoyed it...i love psy.trance.....GOOOAAAAAAAAAA! the music was awesome (it's been a while that i felt totally comfortable in a party environment like that ... what a vibe. x-dream was wicked... along with all of the other d.jays... at one point i was hearing some wicked gooa-electro (i thot that was funny...but it aws awesome) the chill area got kinda swamped, and people really didn't get into it, i thot that the music was pretty good, just didn't get enough exposure. the main sound stage was definately a sight to be seen nice size tent, great decor, along with the light shows, and the lasers that projected across the water on the trees, whiched worked in unison with the mist and sprinkles of rain all around...the rain was amazing until it started to get chilly, and it became light out... saw a lot of people hadn't seen in a while, not a lot of ravewavers, i saw noah, sophie, and seb, clown, lee, mike, and a couple of others. it was really good to see you seb, glad you're doing well. this party was sooo well organized that ikept on founfd myself telling tchandro how much i love goa and how good the party was. the only thing that was a piss off was the fact that i was ready to go at around 8 or 9, and had to wait about 4 hours for the first shuttle that came at 12 rather that 9, cold and tired ready to sleep. other than that (which was not the promotor's fault this party woulda been a 10/10 for me, but because of the shuttle, is a "9" Jack, fab, luc, and company, this party rocked, i expected nothing less because you haven't failed to produce yey.. keep up the good work and expect to see me next time. thanks a mill guys. so impressed. |

Arriving by the first bus was a good move, we chose a nice camping spot and began the party early. There was a freaking good vibe or should say fucking good vibeS. At the left of the main stage, there was a spot without "lightstick people on speed". On the right and on the beach a lot of small robots dancing with their glowing stuff. It was kind of "tribal" - more than usaual I think... I loved swimming to see the horses on the other side of the river on sunday, it was great. The quality of the sound was amazing and G-Rock you are riht, every set was at the right moment with the right style. A wonderfull progression. Dancing in the sand was great too. | Coolness: 72840 | i agree with you oli... i like all different types of music personally, and i have been to all sorts of parties in my time, but i have to say that it is at parties like this that i find have the best vibe..specially cuz it was outside too. psy-trance is a very beautiful (this is when i get cheezy)but i'm serious...the best vibe...

| Coolness: 74020 | I used to go to free perties in France and Teknivals ad all kind of freakin hardcore illegal parties and since i am in Montreal (5 years) I ve discoverd the world of psy-trance and i like it so much. It fits with the Montreal way of life. It's easy-going, open-minded and so chill.
I forgot one thing in my reports, there were so many pigs that threw their garbage on the beach. It was disgusting. I was very shocked and ready to start a mission to collect all this shit but someone told me "the last bus leave in 20 minutes". I waited for 1h30 in front of the bus... |

 Coolness: 238660 | okay this was a sweet ass party. The bus ride was interesting(everyone was excited about the rave). Got there and got in with hardly and wait. You could hear the music faintly as we got closer to where it was being held. From the start the vibe that was comming off of people was wicked. Shit there was even some radom guy counting smiles on people's faces. the bathrooms stayed clean most of time with from what i heard no totlet papper shortage @ all(props). The chill area tent area was a dance floor surounded by a moat. Was in this area abit, but was too chill for me to spend long periods of time there. The beach area was a mass of dancing bodies to tented back drop of music visuels.
As seb said the music was out of this freaking world.....WOW!!!!!! I was happy that i left my water on a blanket if not i would have spent the whole freaking time on the dance floor. |

The electro goa stuff freaking blew me away. WOW!!!!! Loved the vibe all the way along. Vince you are @ times hard to find...Your friend Andy is one hell of a dancer The light mist rain was find....yes abit cold @ times, but if you where dressed for it it was fun. With this in mind the people that where there really wanted this party...So huge props!!! With the light mist rain falling it caused little points in te laser beam that was going over the crowds head...VERY COOL!!!! The other laser that formed the green tunel of light was out this world. They had smoke machine so there was a tunel of light...very trippy |

To the people putting this on thank you for the magical experience...I still have a smile on face:) The thing that really made me take a secound look was when this nude guy gets in to the water with a hatch to cross to the other side of the woods and walk into them...and no i was not the only one to see this?????? I had a freaking blast...looking forward to another event just like this one:) Having to wait 3 hours till the first bus was abit of pain. Being cold & wet near the end kinda sucked...my only complaint about this event. Lee |
