 Coolness: 40955 | so i just moved into this appartment at cote-des-neige with my friend stella, and we find ourselves in this situation where our third roomate ditched us.. so here we are in desperate need of a roomate cuz we can't make the rent with only us two.. so if you know anyone who's desperately wanting to move out.. please tell me.. (6 1/2 , 275$ per month)

plus you have to keep in mind that Michelle and Stella are taking full responsibility for both hydro and the phone line as it is under their names. As well, they bought a fridge, washer, dryer and furnished the entire apt. Besides, they were willing to turn the dinning room into a bedroom to accomodate (which in turn would leave all 3 of them with equal-sized bedrooms) And they were willing to setlle for 275 which I find reasonable |

 Coolness: 84980 | when really deporate for a roomate to make rent go to the MC Gill web site and say you've got a room, concordia might have the same thing I don't know I live in the getto. And for quick and not so permanent solutions go to the youth hostles and put a a not saying you got a room availible on a bi weekly or monthly basis charge whatever give them the small room it'll still be cheaper than the hostle or a hotel. |

| Coolness: 40955 | don't get me wrong or anything, we haven't heard from anyone wanting to move in... if you wanna check out the place, give me a call or something... if people don't communicate, how are we supposed to know? besides, i didn't even KNOW you were REALLY interrested.. and by the way, the third room is like 2/3 of my room.. not that much of a difference.. enough room for a single bed & desk.. the living room is big as hell though.. 2 couches, a fouton, we got 2 tvs, vcr, coffee tables, all the cookwear, dishes, bathroom shit, all we are really missing is a kitchen table.. (which we can live without for the moment.
