 Coolness: 174285 | The problem with sugars is the fact most companies do not actually use sugar cane in their products as sweeteners. A few years back they started using artificial sweeteners *some sort of Glucose fructose combination* for the industry it was a marvelous invention because the cost was approximately a tenth the cost of sugar. The problem, our livers produce a special enzyme to break down sugar, with the Glucose-fructose product our bodies enzymes cannot break them down properly, thus changing into fat.
This is why America has become obese in the last 30 years, about the same release date as glucose-fructose. Well that and too much mc dicks. One thing that helps, drink diet soda…aspartame research has had no conclusive results that consuming it develops brain tumors. |
