I like how ppl report my posts on other forums and theyre takin it down from the free file hosting site that really doesnt give a fuck about all this. So I just re-upload them and post them on another forum and Voila, and if theres like lets say 60 ppl who downloded my file then they can all re-up them on any freakin hosting site they want and post it wherever the fuck they want! :XD now try and find all of it and bring it all down, someone will still have it on his HD and will re-up and repost it...you just cant bring it down, theres even stuff I posted on a torrent site that doesnt exist since like 3 years ago or something and you google it and its still there, cuz there sites that just automaticly saves shit that you upload on photobucket,rapidshare...whatever then they prolly ask you for your cc # or something to d/l it lol, but like lets say you delete everything on your fb page or whatever....then like 5 years later you find those pics on a suspiscious russian message board...it happens..all the time. like I upload something on Youtub3, go back couple months l8er...youtub3 deleted this video cuz you violated therms of services bla bla bla...I google the file name I entered on YT in google then bam! theres like 10 or more other streaming vidz sites that has still have the file... funny part is when ppl try to take the files down ^^ |

legally you can fill a complaint to the " barreau du quebec " since here is obviously hoarding information on people that want it retract but volountary refuse so. i reminds you that its illegal to individuals to keep record on other ppl if they legally ask them to be withdrawl (registered mail) . and nuclear, is an indivudual. you need a name next to yours im in the complaint too. face book is organisationnal , a buisness , [ rave.ca ] is own by a single guy : so let me be a little more clear in saying that if a basement dad kept pictures of you on his server , you could fill a cease and dissease letter to have your private belonging removed from his (and here its a policy changing site). so legally the same applies here why do you think YOU CANT FIND SHIT ON wayback machine anymore ? -legitimacy- |
