Quite enjoyed that one :) & This one gave me a headache no joke My advice to you Screwhead is to become a dubstep dj like that you can show the masses where they are going wrong ;)

We're all doing our best to promote dubstep roots... Mainstream dubstep has nothing to do with dubstep. [ www.youtube.com ] except the syncopated 140 beat -_-

I still havent figured that one out Brostep/mainstream dupstep is the skrillex type stuff, some older wobbly rusko.. pretty much music that when you listen to it, the picture that comes to your mind of people who are fans of it is either Hot Topic Mallcore emos or Ali G gangsta-wannabes.

Skrillex is as representative to dubstep as this to hardcore..
..and this to drum and bass.. top comment lol: "if pigeons liked music, then this would be the choice." that being said, the kid has some serious skills, only he makes artistic decisions which doesn't cater to everyone, most notably in the vocal department (chipmunks ahoy). and lol at psy-kid making fun of dubstep.. boom-pity-boom-pity-boom-pity-boom-pity ad nausea-m sorry about that i'm not one to ride the hate train, I know there's some good psy out there somewhere if you search enough ;)

Promoters have been doing this for a while.
Take for instance, a party I'll be playing in November will have: Prog. rock, Drum&Bass, Breakbeat/Dubstep/Scratch/Beatjuggling, Psytrance/Full-on, Electro-Classical Dub, Progressive Tribal and electro. Midnight to 4 will be psytrance and full-on, witch is fine with me, but the rest of the night will be all about a variety of sounds. Not to sell more tickets, I believe the peoples that are organizing the event are genuinely able to appreciate more than one style of music. I dont think its cus they're greedy, I think its cus they're open minded. ;)
