 Coolness: 100520 | Un Américain vient de publier un livre de recettes bien peu conventionnel. Dans Natural Harvest, Paul «Fotie» Photenhauer présente 25 recettes qui contiennent du sperme.
«L'idée d'écrire un tel livre m'est venue lors d'une discussion entre amis, autour d'un dîner», explique l'auteur, un infirmier de San Francisco. «D'une chose à l'autre, nous nous sommes mis à expérimenter la cuisine au sperme.» «Fotie», comme on l'appelle, vante les qualités nutritionnelles du sperme, riche, selon lui, en vitamine et protéine. «Sa texture s'apprête bien dans la cuisine. Comme le vin et le fromage, son goût peut d'abord paraitre désagréable mais on y découvre une saveur complexe et dynamique.» Autre avantage: c'est un ingrédient gratuit, que l'on peut se procurer facilement... Sans oublier ses vertus aphrodisiaques. Entrées, plats principaux, desserts, sauces et cocktails, le livre offre plusieurs recettes, testées par Paul Photenhauer et ses amis. «J'aime bien les sauces», dit-il. «La sauce aioli, sans ail est ma préférée. J'aime aussi le plat des huîtres au sperme». Un millier d'exemplaires de ce livre, publié à compte d'auteur l'automne dernier, ont été vendus, principalement aux États-Unis, en France et en Italie. Amusés ou dégoutés Si l'ouvrage attire l'attention dans de nombreux blogues et médias, il suscite toutes sortes de réactions. Certains sont amusés, d'autres dégoûtés. Dans certains pays, le livre est censuré. «Je viens d'envoyer un exemplaire au Koweït. Un client l'a acheté via le site [ lulu.com ] mais les douanes du Koweït ont confisqué le livre. Alors je l'ai moi-même envoyé dans un paquet.» À qui s'adresse-t-il? « À ceux qui aiment bien manger et qui veulent explorer de nouveaux aliments. On m'a critiqué parce que je n'ai pas abordé le côté sexuel et sensuel. Ce n'était pas mon but. Je voulais garder le focus sur le sperme comme aliment en cuisine».
