i seen worse migrain , and they are becoming worse over time .

try to download drivers nowadays .... and i mean originals , not mingled , hacked or dumbed-up-3rd-party-shot-in-the-sac-at-this , fake profiteering driver site and fake drivers.

imo the 3rd world war will be triggered from the driver embargo.
I'm feeling tarfu right now..

Yeah I'm sick of these pay driver download sites popping up when a search for them used to be quick and easy, just like some sort of Billy Mays product.
I'm feeling mighty frisky right now..

i like what i wrote too , but i dont like to think back at it.

i have these gazzillion drivers on dual-layer dvds. and yet i manage to have a few missing . it used to be paradise , now its just an other thing waiting to pile up somewhere.

k... heres something I hadnt mentionned before...

when I got the tuner, the computer I installed it in had a few things to fix for it to run... I had to change the power supply and add a dvd-reader (I had one but i gave to my neighbor)... thing is, I had forgotten to get the ide cable to plug in the dvd so I just went online and basically got the first driver I found for the tuner... (since i didnt have acces to the official driver cd)

thing is, now, I have so many friggin drivers for this thing, I just wanna start fresh and install the msi drivers that came with the cd but when I install them I'm not quite sure that it is automatically switching to the msi driver or what...

how do I just get rid og ALL these fucking drivers and start fresh?
I'm feeling lovely right now..

you backup on an other drive , or dvds , then wipe the drive clean with lowlevel format , and reinstall from scratch your newest and tested drivers and apps.

your computer will be like new but now you will have all the stuff you downloaded tru the years available next to ya in milliseconds.

unless you want to go dirty, and simply "uninstall" the drivers instead of updating them. but i advise my first method sice i seen case where the registry could be updated over and over again and will always rely on the mess thats installed instead of just the new drivers.

know this , its not just a key in the registry and a ddl file. sometime they replace original window driver with their own drivers. so you will always be fucked with whats been done unless you backtrack it all or simply delete it.

this is why you should always have a bk at hand , that way you can start clean right away every given day

you could always look at files creation date / file modification date when you're in detail mode and add the colum to your explorer. and go archeologist on your computers ass, good luck on that one , even i mingle with my dates being at particular one so i can trace em back and its not always that easy.

there aree other way to skin that cat too, you can dump an fresh windows directory in yours . skippin some files that are proprietary ident to your comp. etc..
