nofx - totaly fucked We were drinkin' with Pollak He drank a 5th of vodka He told me that he loved me and then he kicked me in the chest ? ? heart ache the chances of us winning are about 1 in 16 he talked about the old days and the legions, there were many the crew "4-5-6" some cheap n mother fuckers. and how it was totally fucked! We were drinkin' at the froggin' with 2000 dirty squatters We didn't want to fight them, so instead they beat each other up the squatters don't have money, but at least they don't have showers So when they're drinking their own piss We didn't think much of it. The moral of this story Don't use your better judgement Cause what good is an evening If you can't even remember... Just how it was totally fucked! |

 Coolness: 88600 | Hardstep '98 and that's when my love affair with dnb started, Sase and Spinal rocked that shit hard and Gnat gave us some caribbean groves (Anyone know if he ever graduated law school?, I totally miss that dude and the island on his forehead).
I made the mistake of drinking too much and popping my first speed... oh boy! Still had a blast, the junglists totally rocked the dance floor I was just stunned at how amazing their moves were. I got busted by my dad the next day cuz me and my buddy Marc told our respective parents we were sleeping at either one of us' house and his mom called my place wondering if he'd be home for supper... So I took it easy and didnt party until the summer and went steady until late 2000 where I just stepped away cuz the hard drugs were taking their toll. Havent raved much since, mostly club nights, that's unless Melo and friends drag me out of my lair to go wild once in a while :P Still, I miss it sometimes, I didnt have a care in the world, my life revolved around the scene... things are different now, although the music is still ever present in my life. As far as the promoters named in here I wholeheartedly agree, Kirk 6 and MiniTank rocked the house, massive respect to anyone who participated in making those nights extra special. Cloud 1 and Observation 17 are definitely on the top of my list. I still hang out with a dozen people or so with whom I raved with in those days, but I wonder what happened to everyone else with whom I shared these amazing moments. Anyways... NOSTALGIAAAAAAAA!
