ok, pretty random question, but does anyone here know of local companies with a PR or Communications department that would be willing to let a couple Concordia students ask them a few questions about the way they campaign? doesn't have to be a large company, i just kinda need to get this assignment done! hehe
I'm feeling back to the grind right now..

You're actually better of with a large company. Just go to the corporate website and email them. THey're in PR...and you as a Concordia student are part of the public. THus its in their job description to help you I think...

I actually emailed PR at Bombardier once for shits and giggles. I asked them why they thought spending investor payer money on an commercial campaign to mainstream consumers about how proud they should be because bombardier planes and trains were Canadian was a good idea. I told them IMO it seemed pretty stupid b/c these consumers didn't make decisions about what planes Westjet buys or what subway cars the City of Montreal buys. I asked if it was so that in the future when they are in trouble it would be easier to get aid from the federal government b/c they created nationalistic pride about their company? I actually got a response. It was pretty condescending.
