 Coolness: 56540 | The step after that would be when the processor sends a message to the terminal that the funds have been released, and the transaction completed. If this message times out, then the terminal will print a "not completed" message (not to be confused with a declined message), but the funds have already been released.

I mean, it's as simple as adding in a check that the ATM got the message before releasing the funds, rather than releasing them and then having it not care.. |

but most time they will just record the transaction (for the pin) and the card (for yur info), then wait till your out , and playback the buffer for a quick transaction. not a crc but a grc error |

I only use my own bank's atms, the fees are outrageous otherwise, and the third party (non-bank) atms suck shit word. I hate those fees. THe worst is when your bank's machines are down, so you have to use a different one. Cuz then even though you planned it all out, u still got hit with the fee. |
