I call the restaurant back, and there's some clueless fucktard on the other end telling me that I called the wrong number to place an order, even though someone took my order over an hour ago at that same number.
And to top it off they're closing. It sucks because I've never eaten from this restaurant, and was super-stoked to try it. But now because of one idiot, I never will. On principle alone, they have lost my business. I don't tolerate second rate customer service. |
